Career strategy for working creatives

It’s about building a sustainable, creative life

Through artistry, mentorship, and creative entrepreneurship, I’m redefining what it means to thrive as a multi-hyphenate creative — where art, work, and wellbeing can actually coexist..

Welcome, I’m Ashlee.

I’ve spent over two decades onstage and nearly a decade in higher education — living both the magic and the burnout that come with a creative career.

Now, I’ve built a life that blends artistry, entrepreneurship, and alignment — performing, creating, and coaching from a place of freedom and flow. I help other artists and entrepreneurs do the same: design lives that feel as good as they look, and careers that are both creative and financially sustainable.

For me, success isn’t about fame or perfection — it’s about fulfillment. It’s about creating work that lights you up and supports your life.

I collaborate with performers, educators, and creative entrepreneurs who are ready to build careers that reflect who they truly are — not who they were told to be. Because thriving in the arts shouldn’t mean burning out or going broke.

    Clarity + Mindset

When you reconnect to your own voice, everything changes. This is about rebuilding trust with your creativity, your confidence, and your energy so your art and your life feel alive again.

    Career + Confidence

Whether I’m performing, directing, or coaching, my approach is the same — clarity, intention, and action. Together we build a career that feels aligned, confident, and sustainable.

    Creativity + Lifestyle

Your art deserves a life that supports it. I help artists and entrepreneurs design creative lives that balance purpose, prosperity, and peace.

Creative Work: Onstage, On Camera, Online

I’m an actress and storyteller who’s spent over two decades performing, creating, and collaborating across stage, screen, and digital platforms. My work explores what it means to live a creative life on your own terms through artistry, authenticity, and alignment.

Whether I’m performing in musicals, plays, filming commercials, or mentoring artists, storytelling is the thread that connects it all.
