Meet Ashlee: Where Artistry Meets Entrepreneurship

I’ve spent more than two decades performing and nearly a decade teaching in higher education, and I’ve lived both the magic and the burnout that come with a creative career.

Now, I’m an actress, coach, and entrepreneur who’s built a life that lets me create, perform, and build meaningful work on my own terms. I help other artists and creatives do the same—build careers that are not only fulfilling but financially sustainable.

For me, success isn’t about fame or perfection. It’s about freedom. It’s about building something profitable and purposeful so you can keep creating without losing yourself along the way.

I work with performers, educators, and entrepreneurs who are ready to design lives that fit who they are now—not who they were told they had to be. Because thriving in the arts shouldn’t mean going broke or burning out.
