Hi, I’m Ashlee Espinosa - a performer, educator, and career coach with an MFA in Musical Theatre and over two decades of experience onstage and off.
I’ve performed internationally, taught in higher ed for 10+ years, built multiple online businesses, and helped hundreds of artists gain clarity, confidence, and momentum in their careers.
These days, I focus on personalized 1:1 coaching and mentorship for performers, creatives, and multi-hyphenates who are ready to align their talents with a sustainable life - not just a dream.
I'm also actively building my own career as a working actor and digital entrepreneur so everything I teach, I practice.
